SCREENWRITING /PLAYWRITING, A SYNOPSIS
There is a myth going around that to write for the screen or theatre you have to be born to write. Don is not a proponent of that myth. Don believes there are stages through which a potential writer can be taken leading that person to write coherent, cogent screen/stage plays. This process is ten pages at a time. Why be caught up in the idea that ALL has to be imagined from the beginning.
ACTORS WORKSHOP, A SYNOPSIS
An ongoing workout for the actor to achieve the state of BEING that provides the fullest, most real and most total life on stage and film. Through the understanding and usage of "substitutions" and "inner object", the actor develops his craft and finds strength in his instrument.
