Having lived here about 20 years we've seen Portland, Beaverton, Tigard etc grow over the years. We are very familiar with the neighborhoods that have done well, and those that haven't. Being long time Volunteers in the local community and schools has helped us be aware of the education system and the great schools we have in the Pacific Northwest. With one child going to college at U of O and the other getting ready to go to Oregon State we are torn between being a Duck and a Beaver :-)
