Firefly Games, established in 2002, is a game publishing company based in Northern California. We design and publish quality child- and family-friendly games providing dynamic fun for all ages.
Patrick Sweeney
Patrick Sweeney is the founder and president of Firefly Games. He has been a freelance writer in the game industry since 1997, and counts three Origins Award-nominated products among his numerous credits for companies including Steve Jackson Games, Green Ronin Publishing, and Eden Studios. Patrick works full-time as a copy editor & designer in the newspaper industry, and lives in Carmichael, California, with his cat. He is the executive director of the Game Publishers Association.
Anne Freitas
Anne Freitas has 12 years experience as a game industry consumer. She is just obsessive enough to be interested in minute financial details. As a result, Patrick hired her on in 2004 as the Firefly Games business manager. Anne lives in Elk Grove, California, and works in the information technology field.
