Capt. Steven has been fishing the waters of Key West and the west coast of Florida his entire life. A Coast Guard licensed captain since 1986 he fished and dove offshore, inshore, wrecks and the reef from the Dry Tortugas to Tarpon Springs. Diving was his passion as a competitive spear fisherman and Master Scuba Diver.
