On Chinese New Year in 1984, Five Branches University became one of the first Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges in the United States. Our beginning was exciting, yet humble, with one classroom, a small clinic and five teachers. Thanks to a growing interest in Chinese medicine by patients and practitioners alike, our school has grown to include two campuses, 100 instructors, 450 students, and 140 patients per day in our medical centers.
