In addition, Flagship president and founder, Marv Needles has been active in the initiation and passage of legislation relative to statutes related to residential vacation rental and property management activities. For over 10 years, Marv has served on the advisory council, to the rental industry, for Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation and served as its chairman in 1997.
