Description
The first trading company established in the BHI Group was Factron cc being established in 1992, it specialised in the supply of automotive accessories. In the nineties the emphasis was on motor vehicle security, this changed as we approached the new millennium and the emphasis swung to automotive audio with security being finally dropped in early 2001.
Lately Factron has embarked on an expansion program which has meant the lestablishing of the Conti MotorSport division which is responsible for distributing the CONTI range of motor cycles, scooters and Quad bikes to the various
The second trading company established was BHI Fleet Management International and this was as a result of Factron coming into contact with a group of products which delivered fleet management information driver behavior management and engine protection. This group of products was not suitable to be incorporated into the Factron model which was primarily a wholesale operation where BHI FMI was and is a retail company. As this company has developed it has built up an impressive reserve of experience with the use of the Siemens VDO range of OBC products.
