We've been building Tiki Huts since 1973. Our Seminole Indians have been building Chickees since 1955. Our thatched roofs last between 6-10 years in Florida. Using the highest quality of materials and workmanship. We build the best Tiki Huts and Chickees on the market.
All huts, chickees & bars are thatched with natural Sable Palm fronds grown in Florida. We have no control over natural, dormant powder puff beatles or other hidden insects. Due to the weather changes with global warming, we highly recommend when your thatched roof dries out and turns brown, that you have a professional company spray your hut with a pesticide & mold resistant product.
We take a lot of pride in our work. We work with several general contractors for high end custom Tiki work. We can build anything you want. One of our general contractors has traveled all over the world, builds the Island, South American Huts, Japanese, Mexician & Caribbean style tiki bars that close up with all the bells & whistles inside. He uses a computer that shows you what your hut or bar will look like before it's built. His wife is his partner & interior designer from Spain to add those special touches.
