The Brampton Flight Centre is owned and operated by the Brampton Flying Club (BFC) since 1946 and is located on 240 acres in Caledon, close to the Niagara Escarpment. We invite you to come visit the many attractions at our airport. The Wings Flight Grille Restaurant is open to the public daily from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Come enjoy our Pub nights on Fridays until 10:00pm. The Great War Flying Museum is open weekends from May 24th to October 31st. We are home to Canada's largest Recreational Aircraft Association Chapter 41 and the Royal Canadian Air Cadet 892 “Snowy Owl”, Squadron . Our Flight School is one of the largest in Canada. Specials are available for mini flying lessons and there is no better way to see the beautiful Caledon countryside or the Toronto's CN Tower than by airplane. Sightseeing Flights available. Professional Pilot training is offered to students from around the world through our Flight College based at the airport. Humphrey's Pilot Shop , named after Humphrey the airport groundhog, offers gifts and gear for pilots and tourists. The Brampton Flying Club Board consists of nine volunteer members, who are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) from within the ranks of the Sustaining Members. Directors can serve indefinitely, so long as they are re-elected at an AGM.
The Board provides overall corporate oversight of the Club, establishing such things as top-level corporate policies and long-term priorities. The day-to-day operations of the Club is managed by a professional staff, headed by the General Manager.
