In 1985 the principals of Tecton Architects had the vision to provide facility management services to their existing and future architectural clients. These services would help their clients maintain and manage the space and people within their facilities. At the time it seemed like a logical connection to the already successful architectural practice and today has proven to be a welcomed idea.
Over the years, Tecton Architects formed a group to help manage the services developed through the principals’ visions. The group expanded and enhanced these services into what they are today, while still keeping a relationship to the professional architectural services.
In 2002, the group expanded even further and established FM Innovations as a Division of Tecton Architects. This Division provides the systems and services you need to organize your facilities, allowing us to provide a comprehensive “Facility Information Solution.”
