- When children refuse to eat this would stress out the parents, especially if this continues day after day. Although it is true, that 'when children are hungry they will ask for food', there were moments where we had to somehow see our daughter have some food inside her little fragile body. But just imagine how we felt when the little food Rebecca ate, caused her so much pain. She would suffer from cramps and bloating, screaming with tummy aches, she would then start itching under her arms, then her knees, then her face and her eyes would drive her crazy. Before she goes to bed diarrhoea would be waiting for her. In pain, uncomfortable, dehydrated and sore she goes to bed and wakes up in the morning with the sheets covered in blood, her arms with no skin left on it, dry blood under her finger nails, a shocking red face and sore eyes that you can hear them screaming.
