DeleteTest or RemoveTest

Some edits to the wiki are people just testing the system, which is fine, although we would prefer people played in the Sandbox.

DeleteSpam

Separate from DeleteTest, these edits tend to be spam or spam links; this term is also when deleting other irrelevant or unconstructive content.

TempTalkPage or temporary talk page

If you want to leave a message for someone at an anonymous IP address, use this tag {{TempTalkPage}}, so we can remove it after a period of time, as to avoid a random person being assigned that IP address and getting the message unintentionally.
