FotoFight was started by Derek Beauchemin (derekbeau) in November 2004 as a community for amateur and professional photographers to improve there skills and have fun. The site is a constant work in progress with new features and members being added all the time.

The basic idea of the site is to participate in the various contests by taking a picture during the submission dates. Multiple contests can be running at any given time. You can also participate in site and photography related discussions, vote and comment on other member's photos, and create your own online photo album.
