Future Perfect is a national network of mobile personal trainers who specialise in offering realistic weight loss and fitness solutions to everyday busy people. We won’t tell you to go to the gym more often and we won’t make you keep a food diary; we will listen to what you have to say about your weight and fitness issues, and we will help you fix them. We won’t recommend you give up carbohydrates, fat, fresh air, or anything else; but we will show you how to keep eating the things you enjoy while losing weight at the same time.
At Future Perfect, we don’t believe that you need to see a trainer every day, every week, or even every fortnight. We feel that personal training is about creating a workable fitness and dietary regime for you as an individual, based on factors such as your budget, the time you have available for exercise, and what foods you like to eat. Our training sessions don’t just involve someone holding your hand as you jog around the block: your trainer will show you the best way to get the bottom you’ve always desired; they’ll tell you whether Maltesers are lower in calories than a Mars bar, and they’ll give you a call to remind you to do those exercises for the tops of your arms.
Future Perfect was started in 2000 by Laura Williams, a qualified fitness instructor and Pilates teacher. A former office worker, smoker and couch potato, Laura wanted to provide a solution for people (like her) who simply want the best possible results with the least amount of effort.
