Biography

Fred wants to improve effectiveness and productivity in companies, governmental organizations and nonprofits. He has managed small and medium sized organizations and has lead many large national and international teams to improve productivity, quality, effectiveness and customers satisfaction. In this work Fred noted that similar basic human factors always inhibit and block optimal performance, communication, cooperation and effectiveness.

Fred created The Movera Method to address these issues in a profound, fast, and highly effective way. The Method is based on breakthrough techniques which have immediate impact and continued cumulative beneficial effects for both teams and individuals. Movera is particularly suited to help manage the stress and crisis environment in business today.

Prior to starting his own business, Fred worked in the automotive industry and a variety of management positions in process improvement, business systems, logistics and inventory optimization, systems development and support, quality and productivity initiatives and international infrastructure integration. Projects included assignments in Belgium, England, Germany and Japan.
