Fall is here and the Village of Freeburg would like to remind everyone that open burning of leaves is prohibited. The Village will be picking up leaves starting the week of October 19th. To prevent damage to our equipment, please do not mix leaves with any limbs or twigs. For residents that do not comply with this request, the Village cannot pick up your leaf pile. The last day the Village will pick up limbs for this year is Monday, October 19th.
