- The Northeast Tennessee Workforce Investment Board administered by Alliance for Business and Training, (AB&T) received a Work Incentive Grant (DOLETA) through July, 2003 -June, 2005. Due to this Grant, Freedom to Work has augmented existing services for individuals with disabilities by implementing strategies resulting in self-sustaining employment and career advancement for individuals with disabilities through participation in the Northeast TN One-Stop/Career Center system.
