Discussing folktales around the world, they both agreed that while some are sweet and endearing, some are way fucked up (see “Bios.”) Because Beth and Barb are folks (hey, where do ya think the name “folktale” came from?), they decided that they, too, could create new folktales. Folktales that would be shared from generation to generation into the future to the pure joy or (more likely) the sheer what-the-fuckitude of those who read or hear them. And so Fucked Up Folktales were born.
