- At Mini Horse Farm the spring to fall months are busy ones for your hosts Jim and Kathi , looking after cottage and B&B guests, tending large organic gardens, turning our berries into preserves, minihorse activities, and keeping up with our print orders. In the winter we settle down to some serious drawing and painting, and Kathi teaches beginner watercolor classes in the farm studio. Both artists have some art school training from many years ago, but are mostly self taught.
