- The Fusion CRM User Group represents PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Siebel CRM customers. These customers have purchased one or more licensed CRM applications, and FCRM-UG is keen to protect those investments. One way we are doing this is to make sure that the upcoming Fusion CRM application incorporates the best of PeopleSoft Enterprise, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Siebel functionality. FCRM-UG has a strong, proven relationship with the Oracle Product Strategy group – the group that shapes the direction of the Oracle CRM applications. Based on our feedback and input, for example, one-third of the 9.0 release of PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM will be devoted to enhancements we drove directly from customer input. FCRM-UG consists of a 10-person Board of Directors, all CRM customers themselves.
