Meet Gaetano Siragusa...with over 20 years experience in the food industry, he has worked in the capacity of Waiter, Banquet Supervisor, Headwaiter, Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Coordinator and Restaurant Consultant.
Gaetano's experience has taken him from the coast of Italy, to London, to the Princess Cruise Ships and finally to Oregon in 1994 where he married Nancy.
Gaetano's exposure to the different levels of the restaurant business has enabled him to effectively meet the ongoing challenges and display of leadership qualities this business requires.
