Dr. Galbrecht and our eye exam team are here to make your visit efficient and comfortable. Our optometrist offers a comprehensive range of eye care and eye exam services to help preserve and improve your vision. We use state-of-the-art optometric instruments to diagnose your vision and recommend the best eye wear or contact lenses solution to meet your unique needs. In 2002, Dr. Galbrecht was accepted to the Illinois College of Optometry. During her 4 years at ICO, Dr. Galbrecht worked in the Illinois Eye Institute as a technician. The last year of school took her for a tour of the country while improving her patient skills. She started her externships in sunny Las Vegas at the VA hospital, then flew off to Offut Air Force Base in Omaha, next went to a private practice in Topeka and finally ended up back in Chicago. Dr. Galbrecht graduated in 2006 with her Doctorate of Optometry.
