Galloway Hire Tools was founded 25 years ago in Heathhall, near Dumfries in the picturesque South West of Scotland. Aiming to provide a reliable, friendly and efficient service, it has maintained a steadfast customer base over the years.
The business was taken over by Tom Halliday in 1988, who runs the company to this day. Most customers will be more familiar with Gladys Gallon, who has been the face of the company for many of the previous years.
The business is run from our shop at Heathhall Industrial Estate, a busy estate to the east of Dumfries- a map is available on the Contact page - but we offer a collection and delivery service for on-site servicing etc.
