Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed whether you have received damaged merchandise, an incorrect order, a wrong size, or simple wish to return the merchandise. Returns must be shipped within 30 days receipt of your order.
Please call 1-877-248-0472 or e-mail ( gardensgreen@mindspring.com ) for a return authorization number for your merchandise. Merchandise without an authorization number on the returned package will not be accepted by Gardensgreen™ and will be returned to you. Write the authorization number on the outside of the package.
If possible, please return merchandise in original packaging. Enclose a copy of your receipt or your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and/or order number. Please include a note stating the reason for the return . If the merchandise was received in a damaged condition, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY or refuse to accept the order from the carrier. Your original order must be verified before an exchange in merchandise can be shipped or a credit can be posted to your charge card. You will receive credit for the cost of the merchandise only.
