VITAL FACTORS

At our quarterly meeting we handed out colored construction paper, scissors, tape, staplers and markers. Everyone broke into teams and had 20 minutes to make their VITAL FACTOR measuring instrument. The best team won prizes. This quarterly theme helped us focus on MEASURING WHAT MATTERS MOST. While the instruments looked like thermometers or blood pressure devices, they tapped into our creativity and our focus on the actual VITAL FACTORS in each of our areas of responsibility and we posted the vital factors on a board and now track them.
