I am pleased to inform you about the creation of a new company - GBF. This momentous event took effect January 24, 2003 as Crabar/Witt finalized the purchase of GBF Graphics, Inc., and its affiliate companies. GBF will be comprised of the following member companies:
Our group of companies are uniting to offer you an integration of complimenting product lines and services that will include great depth in the areas of short to long run basic forms incorporating cut sheet, continuous, snap apart and jumbo 50" rolls. Special feature products like our form/label combinations, integrated labels and cards, bar coded forms/labels and pressure seal products will continue to be our mainstay. Intricate direct mail packages and services will round out our product offerings. But I will guarantee you this - it won't stop there! I look forward to announcing future GBF expansion plans with you as I maintain a continued and active role in this new and growing organization.
On a more personal note, my wife Gerry, and I would like to thank you for the loyal support that you have shown us over the past 52 years. On the heels of our gratitude comes the excitement that this new opportunity provides us. We hope you share in this with us and we look forward to broadening our relationship with you.
