Gordon Hall has worked in the business since he was 15, with his daughter, Marie, joining in 1992. Between them, Gordon and Marie run the only Family Funeral Directors in Barrow, established in 1938 by the late George Hall.
With offices and supporting services in Buccleuch Street, Barrow, just off Duke Street, George Hall & Son are able to offer help and advice at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - for funeral services or any related matters. Gordon lives on Walney Island, while Marie lives in the suburbs of Barrow itself. This means both are able to provide individual attention at short notice.
