Get With the Program! is weight loss system that focus on a 12-week course, with its attention on diet, nutrition, and exercise, developed by a fitness “expert”. This online course is advertised to provide tools needed to lose weight and keep it off, as stated in the book by the same name. Even though the website is shaped around a designated program it is still part of a larger diet website, which requires enrollment. We will take a closer at the programs method for weight loss, to determine if the advertised results can be seen. We will conclude whether or not this program differs from others that are on the market today.

Get With the Program! begins with the a breakdown of the services the client may use to develop a proper diet and exercise regime tailored to his or her needs. The program looks at the individuals overall health and creates a plan that is designed for them. Even though this program does offer the individual the ability customize, after the 12 weeks they must move on to a higher level of the program.
