No Belts, No Trophies, Just Fighters... Gilgamesh is also an official affiliate of /satellite of Sifu Richard Bustillo's IMB (International Martial Arts & Boxing) Academy. We are proud of our relationship with the IMB. Gilgamesh is the only official IMB location in Connecticut and we have 3 certified instructors on staff - Sifu Christopher Smith (Full Instructor under Sifu Bustillo), Sifu Darrel Gibson (Apprentice Instructor under Sifu Bustillo) and Sifu Brian Guerrera (Apprentice Instructor under Sifu Bustillo) Through Richard Bustillo, all Gilgamesh Instructors have a direct lineage to Bruce Lee and his Art of Jeet Kune Do. They are also cross-trained and well schooled in Western Boxing, Muay Thai/Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts, Doce Pares, Kali/Eskrima. No other Combative Arts school in Connecticut has a staff with more experience and all of our staff has bulletproof verifiable credentials.
