GLIMAWALA - a regional chapter of GLIMA - encompasses Western Wayne, Livingston and Washtenaw area counties(WALA). Its focus is to become a repository of interactive marketing knowledge and resources for individuals and businesses in our community. GLIMAWALA is a non-profit for profit that reaches out to individual business professionals, small businesses, students and educational organizations in its region to offer the Saturday Seminar Series, the Tech501, a business networking opportunity and the GLAM Book Club events -and we have a lot of fun doing it!

GLIMAWALA launched in 2005 with major support in facility use from Cleary University and has grown steadily over the last few months. The Board of Directors is focusing on an integrated strategy that will produce additional membership growth for the organization. A portion of this strategy is devoted to providing valuable educational seminars based on interactive marketing techniques from area business professionals that share the challenges and solutions their companies have faced. GLIMAWALA aims to provide a mutually beneficial networking environment for businesses and individuals.
