I understand automation and all that crap and thats the way things are done today, but is there still a warm body (dead or alive) sitting behind the controls? I heard a song that I liked and tried to call the station to ask what the song/artist was and all I got was this damned voicemail. If I wanted people to hear my voice on-the-air, I'd come down and put in an application. However since I know you won't hire me, why waste my time.

Those dead bodies in the control room turned into both legal and hygienic hassles, so that program has been indefinitely suspended, and the windows opened a crack. In the meantime, there are a couple different ways you can find out the titles and artists of Jack songs. On the top right corner of our home page, click on “Now Playing” for a pull-down list of the past hour of music, or “What Was That Song” for the past couple days. Or, as mentioned earlier, many new radios, (including the iPod Radio Remote, which we’ve got, and is extremely cool) give you text info about the songs. Or, why not just Google a few of the lyrics?

This morning at 5am my home telephone rang and when I answered I had to accept a call from Privacy Manager. When I answered the man said, "Hi Shannon, your on Jack FM." He then said, "how would you like to win 100.00 dollars." I said that would be GREAT!!! He said, "can you come down to the studio today, I said yes, he said come down to the Studio and you will get 100.00." Then he hung up....Therefore, I'm trying to find out who I can speak to from Jack to confirm this information. I don't even know where your studio is.
