Description
My name is Robert Goldblatt and I have been breeding Goldleaf Mastiffs for over 25 years. My partner, Jann Lanz and I reside in the small town of Ukiah located in Northern Californnia. Our goal is to produce high quality dogs that are sound in temperament, along with maintaining the size and structure that is so important in this large breed. Listed below is a brief history of just some of our breedings:
Gulph Mills Lord Kether (Ch. Lord Mountbatten of Colossus ex Dame Winifred) was just six months when he won Best Puppy and RWD at the 1978 Mastiff Specialty and he championed at 11 months.
Virgil, Ch. Goldleaf's Coeur de Lion (Ch. Little's Atlas of Massalane ex Ch. Gulph Mills Dame Catherine) and Ch. Greenbranch Dolly Malone who when bred together produced Ch. Goldleaf Coeur de Sol (Gail) who was bred to Mulcher to produce Ch. Goldleaf Montana (Number 3 Mastiff in 1987) and Ch. Gulph Mills D'Artagnan (Number 1 Mastiff in 1988), Ch. Goldleaf's Hope and Glory and Ch. Berengaria's False Hope and Lies.
