Description
New in 2006, we've gone "green" with a 6,000 Watt Solar system that powers the entire property & campground! The campground was originally built in 1996 and is located at the half way point of the South Fork river, our 6.5 acre campground has towering pines, oaks, and a crystal clear mountain river. Our camping is "drive in" with a short walk to the campsites.
One thing that we are very proud of is that we have a privately owned/operated campground on the American river. We don't share the property with other companies or send our guests to public-accessible campgrounds. Since we actually own the property, it allows us to build permanent building structures with real bathrooms, kitchens and stage areas. We've even added a new Screened-In Dining area for a "Bug-Free" eating zone!
Of course everybody says that they have the best campground, so we happily invite you to stop by anytime just to see our facilities in person. Feel free to stop any staff member to show you around or ask any questions.
