Golden Ranch is a 50,000-acre plantation located in the heart of Louisiana's Cajun country but only 45 minutes from New Orleans International Airport. The plantation house, built in the 1860s, serves as the main lodge for guests from far and wide. The entrance is canvassed by live oak trees dating back over 200 years.
The ranch is also a sophisticated multiple enterprise agricultural operation encompassing hi-tech sugarcane production, cutting edge aquaculture and branded meat processing.
Each year, Golden Ranch plays host to hundreds of sportsmen and women providing some of the most unique and rewarding hunting and fishing experiences found anywhere.
