GPEX™ (Gold and Platinum Explorations), was founded in 2001 to foster all business elements relative to or a derivative of, its founder's prospecting and mining operations. The company's primary owner, Larry Amey, of Ontario heritage, has held mining interests in both Nova Scotia and Ontario, dating back to the early 80's. In more recent years since his relocation to British Columbia, operations have expanded to include BC. Though founded under sole proprietorship, GPEX™ has since become a family owned and operated business. By the owner's own definition, in scope, GPEX™ should yet be considered a junior mining concern. Of background, over the past two and a half decades, in-depth research and meticulous study has predominately been the focus, whether it be exploring toward that bountiful goal or unravelling the intriguing unknown. Thus, GPEX's mandate is to open and expand upon new horizons for not only itself but also for those of like-minded direction.
