The company was formed in 1995 and has since worked with a wide variety of companies from small owner-managed firms to large PLC's. We are not a large company and that is our strength. We employ the services of a small team of qualified trainers and consultants, on a 'when needed basis,' offering a wide range of expertise in Training and Development. Because we are small you get to deal with real people, individuals who are dedicated in helping you to achieve your own, or your company's developmental goals and aspirations.
We believe in providing a service which exceeds our customer's expectations and we work hard to achieve that end. We see our relationship with our customers as a 'partnership' in the truest sense. A partnership means that both parties work closely together to achieve a common goal. We see each project as a personal challenge and an opportunity to introduce positive change to an organisation. We take this challenge very seriously and we believe that this shows in the relationship we forge with our clients.
We aim to provide our customers with a service that is as individual as they are. We do not run 'off the shelf' programmes. Just as with a suit of clothes, you can buy an 'off the peg suit', one designed to fit many different bodies, or you can have one made for you, one that is designed to fit your own unique shape. So it is with training solutions. Only training that is designed specifically according to the clients unique needs can be truly effective. We design and deliver training programmes that address companies own specific needs. We'll listen to you because we realise that your needs are important to you.
