Accurate and up-to-date ZIP code databases and programs with ZIP code related information such as area code, county, latitude, longitude, MSA, PMSA, FIPS code, time zone, and place FIPS. All ZIP code data available for immediate download. All ZIP code databases and programs are updated every month. Product Lines • U.S. ZIP Code Data: we maintain ZIP Codes and their city, state, county, latitude / longitude, area code, FIPS codes, Time Zone info, etc.
• U.S. Census Data: Our online extractor allows you create custom reports with just the data you need. Combine multiple fields such as age groups.
• Canadian Postal Codes: 825,000+ postal codes with latitude / longitude, area codes, time zones.
• Mexican Postal Codes: 90,000+ mexican postal code records with latitude / longitude add-ons. Area codes and time zones.
• CBSA Codes: If you have been using MSA codes, you should plan on upgrading to the new CBSA codes because they now cover Micropolitan Statistical Areas of 10,000 to 50,000 population which were not previously covered. This brings the coverage up to about 93% of the population, as opposed to 80% with the old MSA codes.
• City Center Points: This is a unique product which contains all of the city names found in our Pro-ZIP Code Deluxe product, along with the corresponding latitude and longitude center point for that city (as opposed to a latitude /longitude coordinate for a ZIP Code, which could be on the outskirts of the city).
• Multi County Zip Data: This is ideal for those applications where you need to know if a ZIP Code is entirely in one county or not, such as: Tax calculations, Insurance rate calculations, HMO coverage area determination, Sales territory assignments, and Fraud detection.
• Multi City Spellings data: Consists of just two fields: Non-standard City Name and Standard City Name. These cities are found in both the U.S. and Canada.
• Contigous County Data: We have created a file of all counties and the counties which they share a common boundary (contiguous counties), including if the shared boundary is a waterway. This is a current contiguous county data file, developed in 2009.
• Rural, Urban, Suburban Zip Codes: Defines a rural ZIP Code vs. an urban ZIP Code vs. those considered suburban ZIP Codes.
• Census Pro Demographics: Our web-based Extractor program which allows you to pick only the fields that you want and, most importantly, combine multiple fields into one field! • Census Population Maps: The Atlas is broken up into many sections because of the large size of the PDF files (it contains almost 800 maps!). It's not always easy to find things at census.gov, so we put the files together for you. We think that you'll like this Atlas! • Multi-County Max: Do you need to find a county by ZIP Code? Do you need to know precisely which county an address is in? Up until now, the only way to know was to access a database of over 42 million records. Our product allows you to validate an address without a lot of effort.
