You may think that it’s only logical for Greeks to love Greece but my own question is how can anybody not love it? In an effort to make others love my country the way I do and see it through the eyes of a Greek in love with his country, I’ve created an informative Greek-island guide with all the tips needed for someone to see the best of the islands including archaeological sites, traditional villages, local products and traditional food, restaurants, bars, clubs, beaches, hot springs, maps, photos and anything that could be proved useful while travelling.
It took me several years of travelling to gather all the data published on my site along with personal effort. You won’t see me travelling without my camera or laptop because everywhere I go I take photos and write a paragraph or two on what I saw, liked or disliked. I could never think of this “expedition” as a job since I think it’s my duty to help foreigners or even Greeks to get to know more of a beautiful country such as this one, so it was more urged, by the fact that I feel lucky to live here, than anything else.
On the way I added more info on Athens and other subjects that I thought were interesting. I hope you can be a part of this effort by sending me your e-mails and suggestions on anything that you may think is necessary. Comments, good or bad, are greatly appreciated so don’t hold back.
