About the Groundsmasters team
Groundsmasters was founded in 1992 by Brink Biechlin, a registered landscape architect. It wasn't long before the business grew enough to add his brother, Michael, and offer a full range of landscape services - including design, construction and maintenance.
We serve a wide range of clients throughout Central Texas, with our primary focus on residential landscape projects. Working as a team with masons, irrigators, pool and deck builders, we strive to create distinctive outdoor environments that fit both the site and your budget. We're also proud to be members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau.
Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Brink settled in Austin in 1984 after graduating from Texas A&M University. He holds a bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture with honors. He is a registered landscape architect (#1371) and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
