The work of Ecology Action has touched, nourished and enriched the lives of millions of people worldwide. For the past 31 years, Ecology Action has been researching, developing and sharing millenia-old techniques for growing more food in a small area, using simple tools and seeds, while maintaining or increasing the health and productivity of the soil. Growing fertile soil, healthy food and beautiful gardens is what the work of Ecology Action is all about.

Your support can make a world of difference. Evidence is mounting that a serious food/soil crisis is building which may soon affect populations worldwide - unless steps are taken to change the way we grow our food. Because of the increasing world population, by the year 2030 the earth's people will need double the amount of food that the earth is currently producing, from a much smaller soil base.
