Between us we have more than 20 years experience in the short-term rentals market and understand that market well. Kevin Oke moved to North Pender Island in 1989. He and his wife Cherie travel extensively throughout the region, both for Gulf Island Vacation Rental purposes as well as Kevin's work as a professional photographer. Kevin is responsible for marketing and development, tries to be the tech guru (doesn't do a bad job) and spends as much time as he can doing the photography we all can enjoy. When he's not working for Gulf Island Vacation Rentals he tends to seek out warmer climates with difficult languages and colourful marine life.
