Acquiring and owning a work of art from Guy Hepner Contemporary is not a two dimensional process, but an ongoing experience, which does not end with the selection of the work of art. From the outset the client understands that they are not encountering a retail high street operation. Our service it tailored to your needs, the woks we offer for sale indicative of the feedback existing clients offer every day, the experience is constantly evolving as it expands and becomes ever more fulfilling for the client.
The first acquisition is the beginning of the process, not the end. It allows for the creation of a collection, the forming of an art-driven identity of who you are. The aim is to build the great collections of tomorrow, working with the most astute, driven and open minded clients of today. Exposure to both the primary market (new works direct from the artist or studio), and the secondary market (works previously owned by other collectors) allows this to be done with maximum aplomb.
Once the work has been selected, a dialogue process is then opened relating to framing, installation, insurance and shipping. If within the UK, a complete installation service is available, whereby a member of the in house team with handle all aspects of hanging for you within your own home, ensuring the work looks as good on the wall as envisaged. If outside the UK, various framing and shipping options will be discussed. The shipping process is designed so that the work can literally go from the crate to the wall same day. All works are available for shipment worldwide, and customs clearance, duties and paperwork are all handled on behalf of the client. Once this process has been concluded we provide all necessary documents relating to provenance, authenticity and insurance to ensure the experience you enjoy is a complete and totally satisfying one. The introduction of the collector�s club (launching Feb 2006) will take this experience to a new and unprecedented level.
