Description

The Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") and the related legislation introduced at the same time significantly modified the governance documentation and statutory context within which companies operate. The Act’s default regime that applies, if not modified or negated by an adopted constitution, often delivers unexpected outcomes. Our commercial partners act for small to large companies on a daily basis. We have close associations with our clients’ accountants and take a multi disciplinary approach to corporate advice.
