We thought your company was excellent but after today I would grade it as Zero. Your representative told My Husband he was joining some type of club where you could return an item within 6 months if you weren't happy with it. But we never received any information regarding this. Now we learn that this isn't true & we must pay to have this item shipped back to us. This is the biggest rip off & I wouldn't recommend your company to my DOG. Your company is a disgrace to even be called a company!!!!!!!!! Then we were told that the person my Husband spoke to wouldn't even go about having us taken off your mailing list. Are your people so important that they can't do this. I don't think your people are that busy. What are they there for, just to fill a chair. We have brought numerous items from you & were a customer in good standing. I would think that we would have a whole lot more consideration then what we were given today. I really hope that if there is ever a person who asked us about your company, that we will tell then to NEVER BUY from you & to pass this on to all the people they know.

I would highly recommend your products and services to family and friends. I have been dealing with your organization for several years. I have to admit, I haven't been a large purchaser of the goods you have to offer or to phrase it another way, I haven't had adequate $$ to get all the items I have wanted. Your products have always been acceptable in quality and I have had the fortune not to have had to return any as of yet. I appreciate the vast amount of diverse selection you have in your products and the quality of your shipping department to assure all items even breakables are handled with care. Keep up the great business practices.
