Prior to InfoWorld, Stuart was the Director of Information Technology for State and Local Governments, supporting Novell, NT, Solaris, AIX, and AS/400 platforms.

Stuart holds a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and numerous certifications including ISC2's CISSP, Novell's CNE, and Check Point's CCSE.
