Haith’s have been blending birdfoods since 1937. It all started from a small pet shop in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire when the current managing director’s grandfather decided to advertise super-clean birdseeds. The response was staggering - no-one had ever seen birdfoods quite like it before and it was only a matter of time before Haith’s name became renowned for ‘quality and expert blending’.
We believe that good health, good housekeeping and good feeding are probably the most important things to remember, so here at Haith’s we provide an ever-improving service to bird enthusiasts in the UK.
Haith’s helped found the new Birdcare Standards Association which is an association of some of the UK’s leading suppliers of bird foods and other bird care products and accessories. In 2001 BSA members account for total UK sales (at retail) of bird care products in excess of £25m, including 4,500 tonnes of peanuts and 5,500 tonnes of seed and mixes. The Association’s aims broadly stem from a collective desire to enhance the market for their products by acting responsibly in the interests of the bird population.
