The Hall for Cornwall opened in 1997 and offers a national-quality performance venue in the heart of Truro. The Hall for Cornwall occupies a grade 2 listed building on the recently redesigned Lemon Quay. The modern auditorium seats just under 1,000 at full capacity with all seats enjoying a clear view of the stage.
The annual programme of performances is as varied as possible with touring West End shows, nationally touring artists and performers and local companies and talent all sharing a stage that sees everything from family shows to comedy acts, ballet and rock music. The theatre manages to offer a fairly intimate feel with the audience sufficiently close to the stage that the atmosphere, even at full capacity, is comparable with much smaller venues.
The latest shows and availability along with online booking can be found on the Hall for Cornwall website. For the most up-to-date information follow HallforCornwall on Twitter.
