- The Hanoi International Women’s Club (HIWC) is a non-profit group whose membership is open to all expatriate women living in Vietnam. Expatriate men can join as Associate members. The membership year runs from September through August and membership dues are 300.000 VND (Vietnamese Dong) per year.
