BACKGROUND
HTS Group Ltd is a specialist company engaged in the design, production, installation, service and maintenance of traffic and parking related products and systems.
HTS Group Ltd was formed in July 2000 when the opportunity arose to purchase the Service, Maintenance and System integration segment of the Harding Electronic Systems Limited operation (trading as Harding Traffic Systems) in New Zealand.
Noel Maharaj, Manager of the Harding Traffic Systems New Zealand Operations, and three senior Harding Traffic Engineers, Colin Robson, Murray Scarrow and Warwick Scarlett purchased the business and formed HTS Group.
