Our retail shop in Oxford's historic Covered Market is a high class fresh fishmonger. Fish is sourced daily from inshore boats around the coast to ensure freshness and continuity of supply. Haymans are always looking to expand their range and buy from Brixham in Devon and the Cornish ports. Last year saw the arrival of a shark weighing just under 600lbs.
